One man and two women were arrested earlier this week after admitting to working under false names at ICON Health and Fitness. Logan Police Lieutenant Rod Peterson says 23-year old Moses Cruz-Morales, 24-year old Zulma Romero, and 25-year old Rosa Maritza-Mejia, were charged with felony counts of forgery, possession of forged documents, and identity fraud.
Peterson says when interviewed, the three said after arriving in Utah from Latin America they bought birth certificates and social security cards for somewhere between $600-$1,000.
He says they were taken to the Cache County Jail and will go through the court system before being sent back to their home countries.
