USU Professor Tom S. Peterson, who is accused of being involved in lewd behavior with a man in a USU steam room on February 24th, entered a plea of not guilty in Logan Municipal Court yesterday.

Peterson is scheduled to appear for a pre-trial hearing on March 17th and will be represented by local attorney Shannon Demler.

A witness allegedly walked in on Peterson and the other man and later told USU Police that Peterson was one of the men involved.

The second suspect is still being sought and has not been identified.
