Federal stimulus funds have aleady been approved for Logan Cty and the long-awaited completion of 100 East will soon become a reality.

Mayor Randy Watts says that means money from the county road tax that would have gone for the project can be used for something else.

Watts says bids are being processed for a bridge behind Wasatch Properties' Riverwoods project on South Main where the project begins.

He says an additional $150,000 has also been received in Community Development Block Grants from the stimulus package.
