Lincoln Day Dinner Features Elected Officials

Everyone's invited to attend the Cache County Republican Party's Annual Lincoln Day dinner tomorrow starting with a reception at 6 p.m. in the Utah State University Taggart Student Center Ballroom.

Party Chairman David James says, at the reception, there will be a chance to shake hands and visit with local, state and national officials including U.S. Senator Bob Bennett, Congressman Rob Bishop and Attorney General Mark Shurtleff, Lieutenant Governor Gary Herbert and local legislators.

Dinner stats at 7 and James says there will be outstanding entertainment and a tribute to former President Abraham Lincoln, the founder of the Repubican Party.

The cost of the evening is $30 a plate and reservations are not necessary.
