March is Women's History Month and the Utah State University Women's Resource Center will be hosting a variety of activities starting today.
The Third Annual Women in Leadership Lecture Series starts with Elaine Gause, CEO of the Girl Scouts of Utah as the speaker. Her lecture will be given in the Merrill-Cazier Library, Room 101 starting at 2:30 p.m.
Womens Center Director Patricia Stevens says the current financial crisis is hurting women even more than men because, for the most part, they make less money, have fewer benefits and often don't have retirement.
