Longtime Voice of the Aggies, Al Lewis, received the Distinguished Service Award from the Utah Sports Hall of Fame Foundation Tuesday night.

Lewis was accompanied by his wife and two children, his parents, Aggie basketball color-analyst and former USU head coach Rod Teuller, and Cache Valley Radio Group President and owner Kent Frandsen.

Lewis has been with 610 KVNU for 37 years and has been involved with Utah State University athletics for nearly 20 years as a play-by-play announcer. Lewis is currently KVNU's Program and Sports Director.
