"We will be back." That summed up not only the message of U.S. Senator Bob Bennett but also others speaking at the Cache County Republican Party's Lincoln Dinner this weekend.

A large crowd gathered to talk politics and to pay tribute to former President Abraham Lincoln, founder of the Republican Party.

In his speech, Bennett noted that since World War II there have been 16 Presidential elections and the party in power has won eight of them and the party out of power has won the other eight.

Bennett urged Republicans to be prepared because he said the power will be coming back and we have to make sure they are prepared with some real solutions.
